Own end-to-end banquet & event operations across all function spaces - including set-up/strike per standards, flawless BEO execution, and hands-on presence during service
Ensure cleanliness, HACCP/HS compliance, and adherence to legal requirements ; Work closely with Culinary, Stewarding, Technik, Housekeeping, Front Office, and 3rd-party event partners ; Completed vocational training/degree in hospitality/events and several years’ experience ideally with leadership responsibility in banquet or event management.
proficient with MS Office and relevant event/POS systems
Proven experience delivering large-scale events (800+ pax)
Solid knowledge of banquet & service standards, room/table setups, food & wine pairings, and upselling
Excellent communication skills in German and English ; polished, professional demeanour
