* Your challenge
* You will organize together with ICS Team all group-wide testing activities for the internal control system, including reporting to the CCO AIXTRON Group and/or the Sen. Dep. Mgr. CG&C AIXTRON Group;
* Independently conducting testing at headquarters and remotely for AIXTRON subsidiaries,
* Coordinating and carrying out quality assurance testing;
* Identification of control gaps, initiating and coordinating closure of gaps and/or improvement measures in cooperation with process and control owners;
* Independently conducting and supporting the ongoing analysis of the risk control environment for key business processes, updating control documentation in collaboration with the ICS team and process and control owners.
Academic degree in business administration and qualifications in internal control systems
* 3-4 years of experience in the testing of internal control systems;
* Ideally, you have a consulting or auditing background in a renowned auditing firm;
* SAP and IT process/control knowledge is desirable;
* Hands-on mentality with strong business acumen, strong process orientation, structured way of working, team spirit, and experience in project management;
* You have good communication skills, and are enthusiastic and persuasive;
* Very good written and spoken German and English.
