Audit Manager Position Overview
Our team is seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to lead our audit engagements and manage a portfolio of diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise audit teams during field work ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines and quality requirements;
* Manage client relationships based on trust, anticipating and responding to their needs;
* Guarantee the profitability of engagements and monitor budgets;
* Recruit, train, motivate and develop colleagues with a talent for succession planning;
Requirements:
* Masters degree in economics, management or business school preferably with an option in audit or control;
* Certified public accountant;
* At least 5 years of experience in External Audit with a proven track record of leadership and innovation;
* Excellent communication skills, flexibility and ability to manage unexpected situations;
* Organized and precise in all aspects of work;
