Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Support the Executive & Global Compensation Team in the creation and delivery of “best in class” Executive, Equity and Global compensation programs, fully aligned to the adidas business and people strategy and best practice in terms of Corporate Governance.
Support the end-to-end process design and delivery for assigned annual compensation processes, working closely with Global Business Services (GBS).
Strong focus in using data and analytics and digitalization to provide the best Employee Experience, ensure external competitiveness and internal equity of the proposed Total Reward.
On compensation-relevant programs and processes, support the relationship with Global Finance/Tax, Audit and Corporate Communications, and drive necessary changes at a global level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the delivery of Executive, Equity & Global compensation programs, in alignment with market practice and the adidas business and people strategy, based in data & analytics and ensuring the best Employee Experience
2. Help to ensure that adidas Global Compensation policies and practices support the attraction, motivation, engagement and retention of the best talent
3. Work to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for Global Compensation through the development and digital tracking and reporting of KPIs
4. Support fair pay practices across adidas, in line with best Corporate Governance practices
5. Apply storytelling techniques to facilitate effective change management and achieve alignment and buy-in, at all levels of the organization.
6. Support global compensation benchmarking processes
7. Participate in the delivery of Compensation processes, together with GBS, which may include but is not limited to: STI, LTI and Pay Review,
8. Support the transition of Compensation processes to GBS, with a focus on creating enhancements in the process and ensuring clearly defined roles and responsibilities, for successful process delivery.
9. Hold memberships in global/local project/process workstreams in the delivery of these projects/processes.
10. Assist in monitoring the effectiveness and ongoing development these programs
11. Advise and provide guidance on operational compensation activities, such as grading, benchmarking, compensation packages and transparency
12. Support the design and delivery of communication material & change management related to Executive, Equity and Global compensation programs.
13. Remain abreast of existing and future trends and implications on compensation and rewards programs.
14. Support the identification and delivery of digital Reward solutions
15. Manage relationships to and contractual relationships with external vendors relevant to the role

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
39. University degree or adequate education with emphasis on business or Total Rewards
40. A minimum of 3+ years experience in the areas of Executive & Equity Compensation
41. Proven executive management influencing skills
42. 5+ years of overall work experience within HR, Compensation & Benefits
43. Experience working in an international matrix organization
44. High level of affinity to and experience with digital Reward solutions
