The successful candidate will lead an innovative research agenda and contribute to teaching in WHU's graduate and Executive Education programs. D. or equivalent academic qualification in Organizational Psychology, Management, or a closely related discipline, with a strong emphasis on the area of Leadership.
Experience in executive education, including the ability to design, deliver, and further develop programs in collaboration with a broad range of corporate and organizational partners, as well as a clear commitment to contributing to WHU's executive education portfolio.
Outstanding communication skills in English; Close collaboration with the corporate sector to build up and advance Executive Education programs at WHU is regarded as a key requirement.
