YOUR ROLE
You will take on a key position with high visibility to management and executive leadership. You’re not just a numbers expert, but a driver of transparency and strategic decision-making.
1. Responsibility from day one: From preparing figures to analysis and presentation – you manage your tasks independently.
2. Room for ideas: Short decision-making paths and an environment that welcomes your optimization initiatives.
3. Strong partnership: Your team lead is available as a sparring partner whenever you need support.
YOUR TASKS
4. You are the central contact person for all topics related to personnel controlling.
5. You are responsible for monthly reporting, forecasting, budget planning, as well as ad-hoc analyses and projects.
6. You further develop our reporting structures and data quality and use our HR systems efficiently.
7. With your analyses, you create transparency, support strategic decisions in HR, and provide impulses for process optimization.
8. Additionally, you prepare the monthly key report on the financial success of the PAYBACK Group for our parent company.
YOUR PROFILE
9. Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in HR controlling.
10. Degree in an economics-related field.
11. Strong analytical thinking, conceptual skills, and a structured, precise working style.
12. Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ideally experience with IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics, MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central, and VBA.
13. Excellent German and very good English skills.
