Business Development Manager (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
* Engage clients at conferences, expos, and meetings, promoting the company's digital offering.
* Identify new market opportunities and gather customer insights to support growth strategies.
* Support tender shaping to ensure digital products are positioned competitively.
* Work with sales, marketing, pre-project, and innovation teams to align solutions with client needs.
* Contribute to business cases, offers, and proposals for digital opportunities.
* Maintain CRM data, track opportunities, and provide progress reporting.
* Assist with pilots, PoCs, and trials to accelerate customer adoption.
* Support partner scouting and engage in ecosystem initiatives (e.g., EU projects, university collaboration).
Your Profile
* Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
* 3–6 years' experience in business development, sales, or project delivery.
* Basic understanding of digital technologies (IoT, analytics, infrastructure monitoring, SaaS).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%)
