Planet Pharma are working with a Global CRO We are looking for a hands-on, proactive HR Business Partner to manage HR operations in Germany, collaborating with teams in France, Belgium, Spain, and the UK. This role offers a mix of day-to-day HR tasks and project-based initiatives within a team of 130 professionals (80 lab-based, 50 operational staff).
Must be willing to commute to Obernburg 2-3 times per week!
Key Responsibilities
* Manage contracts, employment verification, and German labor law compliance
* Support HR inquiries, disciplinary meetings, and performance reviews
* Partner with leadership and Talent Acquisition to identify staffing needs
* Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and career growth programs
* Maintain employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws
* Collaborate with HR teams across Europe & the U.S. on multi-country HR initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* Native German speaker, fluent in English (French is a plus!)
* 1+ years’ experience in HR Administration or Operations
* Strong knowledge of German labor law, contract drafting, and compliance
* Hands-on approach, comfortable with admin-heavy tasks
* Project management experience is an advantage
* Stable work history, demonstrating career longevity
