International Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled customer service representative to join our team. As an international customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Denmark.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Process orders, create offers, and manage customer accounts
• Provide first-level after-sales support by advising and assisting customers in the international area
• Take responsibility for a designated area and make independent decisions on initiating and coordinating returns, exchanges, refunds, and repairs
• Ensure a smooth handling of orders and services
• Collaborate regularly with our specialist department and workshops, and coordinate with them as needed
• Take over product consulting and translation work in collaboration with our specialist departments
Requirements
• Proficiency in Danish and English in both speech and writing is required
• Ideally, you have a passion for music and/or experience in the music industry
• You have already gained experience in customer care and advice
• High level of initiative, willingness to act, teamwork, and goal orientation are expected
• Competent and courteous treatment of customers is one of your strengths
• Experience working with PCs and common office applications is required
• Ideally, you speak another language
