Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
* Handling requests via phone, email, and chat in German
* Troubleshooting technical or account-related issues
* Escalating complex cases when necessary
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups
* Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
