* Analyse and solve complex technical problems, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
* Conduct technical training courses for support staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
* Provide expert guidance on instrument-specific software, helping customers get the most out of our products.
* Work closely with affiliates, headquarters, and suppliers to manage escalations and complaints, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
* Develop and revise technical documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information for customers and internal teams.
* Bilateral exchange with the parent company in Japan, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
Your Profile
* A degree in medical technology or a comparable field, demonstrating a solid foundation in electrical and medical engineering.
* Proven experience in technical support, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and educate others.
