Electric Engineering Instructor

We are seeking a highly qualified Electric Engineering Instructor to join our team at our Bildungsstätte Dresden location.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver training programs for various groups of participants from different business sectors and management levels.
* Coordinate seminars, organize exams, and maintain relationships with guest lecturers.
* Enhance the capabilities of business stakeholders and their commitment to occupational safety and health.
* Encourage motivation and willingness to take responsibility for safety and health.
* Contribute to the conception, development, and revision of our offerings.
* Deliver seminars at other BG ETEM training locations.
* Participate in projects and working groups focused on qualification.
* Take on responsibilities for our 20 kV medium-voltage installation for training purposes.
Requirements:
* Completed academic degree (Dipl.-Ing. (Univ./TH/TU), M.Eng., or M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field.
* Significant professional experience in education, crafts, or industry.
* Training as a workplace safety officer and extensive practical experience in occupational safety would be advantageous.
* Strong expertise in electrical engineering.
* Well-developed methodological and didactic skills, high level of media competence, and ability to explain complex relationships clearly.
* Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, conflict resolution skills, friendly and participant-oriented demeanor.
* Possibility of frequent, sometimes multi-day business trips throughout Germany.
* Driver's license class B.
