YOUR PROFILE
* Medical specialist qualification (m/w/d) in pediatrics with a focus on neuropediatrics or child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy.
* Several years of experience in pediatric social medicine.
* Expertise in psychosomatic primary care and developmental neurology.
* Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
* Commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration with various pediatric specialties.
* High resilience, team spirit, and quality-oriented work ethic.
* Empathetic communication skills when working with families of children with developmental delays or disabilities.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and further develop a multiprofessional and interdisciplinary team.
* Ensure continuous medical expertise within the center.
* Conduct diagnostic assessments and initiate treatment for children with developmental challenges or disabilities, including accompanying counseling.
* Play a leading role in quality management.
* Represent the center publicly and foster cooperation with partner organizations.
