About The Team You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requirements: Advanced fluency in German (C1/C2) Business fluency in English (B2/C1) What you'll do: Monitor and track work order execution in real time to ensure timely and accurate completion. Coordinate closely with drivers, warehouses, customers, and cross-functional departments to maintain seamless operations. Provide prompt and accurate updates on work order status to relevant stakeholders. Identify, escalate, and resolve operational exceptions such as incorrect addresses, cargo discrepancies, and transportation delays. Ensure efficient issue resolution throughout the work order lifecycle to minimize disruption and maintain service quality.
