Key Responsibilities : Design and oversee the architecture of marketing technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration across the commercial ecosystem. Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices. Work closely with business stakeholders to align marketing technology solutions with company objectives. Support the integration of marketing tools including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud, Drupal, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc. Facilitate data flow and synchronization across marketing platforms. Lead cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery. Provide technical leadership to development teams and promote best practices. Optimize performance, scalability, and security of marketing technologies. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in marketing technology. Implement data governance, security, and compliance measures. Identify and drive improvements to marketing systems and processes. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 7-10 years of experience in marketing technology solutions architecture. Expertise in Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Veeva ecosystems. Hands-on experience with CMS (Drupal or Adobe ), Web analytics (Adobe, Google or Matomo Analytics), and marketing automation (Adobe Target, SFMC). K nowledge of API architectures, middleware ( Mulesoft ), and data integration would be a added a dvantage. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Proven ability to manage large-scale marketing technology implementations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in agile environments, using Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
