We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical sales office employee to support our sales and operations teams. In this role, you will manage the complete order process, ensure smooth coordination with internal departments, and maintain strong communication with both customers and production plants. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Process and manage direct orders, buy and buy-back orders, as well as rental orders. Prepare and review customer-related documents (invoices, delivery notes) in collaboration with the accounting department. Draft and finalize offers and contracts in line with company policies. Plan and schedule deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Serve as the point of contact for customers and plants, maintaining clear and professional communication. Profile Completed commercial training with professional experience in a comparable role. Strong technical understanding relevant to the position. Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and MS Teams. SAP/R3 knowledge is an advantage. Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
