Responsibilities:
* Provide 3rd line operational support for IP network infrastructure
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents and outages
* Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime
* Work closely with internal teams to improve network reliability and efficiency
* Support ongoing network improvements and upgrades
Skills/Must have:
* German language skills (minimum B level)
* Strong IP networking background
* Proven experience in operational engineering / 3rd line support
* Hands-on experience with network infrastructure in a production environment
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with Juniper or Nokia networking technologies
* Knowledge of firewalling, network automation, or DDoS mitigation
