About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and Head of Sales to drive UniPOS’ commercial growth across key international markets. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will define and execute global sales strategies, personally drive key accounts, build and scale our distributor networks, and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals.

This is not a maintenance role. You will join at a stage where there is significant opportunity to build, shape, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for fire detection solutions.

* Drive new business development and personally manage high-value strategic accounts across Europe, Asia, South America and other key regions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, integrators, and OEM partners worldwide.

* Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring clear KPIs, performance tracking, and structured coaching.

* Manage distributor networks across multiple countries, ensuring long-term commitment and growth.

* Produce accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses for senior management.

* Support high value project tenders and key customer negotiations.

* Represent UniPOS at international trade shows and events.

Who You Are

You are equally comfortable setting strategy as you are closing deals. You are a self-driven, structured, and results oriented leader with a proven track record in international B2B sales. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to build, motivate, and guide teams while personally driving results.

We believe you:

* Have experience leading international sales teams, ideally in fire detection, industrial safety, or automation sectors.

* Have a strong hunter mindset, you thrive on building new business rather than only managing existing accounts.

* Have a proven track record of scaling distributor networks and driving multi-country sales operations.

* Are hands-on, data-driven, and uncompromising in tracking KPIs and pipeline management.

* Have excellent negotiation, contract management, and communication skills.

* Can travel internationally (~30–40%) and manage remote teams effectively.

* Are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

* Experience with technical or high- tech industrial products, ideally within regulated environments.

* Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in competitive, global markets.
