What do Support, Customer Success Management (CSM) and Consulting have in common?

Quite simply: together they make up a comprehensive and diverse department at Aareon – and that's exactly where you’ll begin your 9-month trainee programme.

For over 50 years, we have been developing digital solutions for the real estate industry across Europe. As a leading provider of SaaS solutions, we support our customers with innovative products such as Wodis, Axera and Wowinex. Our goal: to shape the future of the housing industry together. And for that, we are looking for motivated talents like you to join us as soon as possible!

Your trainee programme – This is how you’ll start with us:

You’ll get to know all the key departments in the field – Support, Customer Success Management and Consulting – to build a solid foundation of knowledge and discover where your individual strengths lie.

What you can expect:

1. On-the-job training: Insights into all relevant areas and targeted skills development – practical and varied

2. Support: You’ll go through the main part of your programme in Support – here you’ll gain comprehensive knowledge that’s essential for your further understanding and development in CSM and Consulting

3. Customer Success Management: You’ll learn how we ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers through ongoing support and advice

4. Consulting: You’ll assist in analysing and optimising business processes in the housing industry

5. Product diversity: You’ll work with various Aareon products (Wodis, Axera, Wowinex) – an ideal way to get an overview of our portfolio

6. Project work with responsibility: You’ll take on your own tasks and projects – actively contributing from the start instead of just watching

7. Team culture: Open communication, informal culture, and working as equals with specialists and managers

8. Mentoring & development: A personal mentor and a buddy will support you in your professional and personal development

What you bring with you:

9. Completed vocational training (e.g. real estate agent, management assistant for digitalisation management) or a degree in real estate or a related field

10. Initial experience through internships, student jobs or starting a career is desirable, but not essential

11. Knowledge of, or first insights into, the housing industry

12. Strong communication skills, openness and a confident manner

13. Interest in intercultural collaboration and an inclusive, diverse working environment

14. Enthusiasm for modern, agile working methods and an open-minded attitude

15. Very good German and English skills
