Beschreibung 70399 | Data & Analytics | Professional | IDS | Full-Time | Permanent Key responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and implementation of new business processes and features within our financial market data system. - Establish and enforce development guidelines and governance to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Manage and coordinate with external development partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team. Key requirements/skills/experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Senior Developer in a financial or data-intensive environment. - Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python. - Experience with financial market data systems and understanding of financial products and services. - Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
