Experience: 5+ years
✅ Architect scalable Genesys-based platforms
✅ Define IVR, routing, omnichannel, and bot strategies
✅ Lead CI/CD alignment with DevOps
&##128295; Skills: Genesys Cloud CX, SIP, WebRTC, AWS/Azure, Terraform, API, CRM integrations, AI bots
&##128202; 3. Project Manager – CcaaS (Genesys)
Experience: 8–10 years
✅ Lead full lifecycle CcaaS (Genesys) programs
✅ Manage budgets, vendors, stakeholders, and escalations
✅ Align outcomes with compliance (GDPR), governance, and business KPIs
&##128295; Skills: PMP/PMI/Prince2, Agile/SAFe, JIRA, MS Project, telecom/BFSI/utility domain
