Overview
We are looking for a Director for Sales Training within the Services and Solutions Group (SSG). You will report to the ED for SSG Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a worldwide training strategy for Solutions and Services, aligned with business objectives.
* Lead and manage a global team of training leads, content creators, and support staff.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure training programs meet organizational needs.
* Identify innovative methods to deliver training and engage the sales community, including virtual, in‑person, and blended learning approaches.
* Embed AI tools and automation across all training processes to enhance efficiency and personalization.
* Monitor and measure training effectiveness, leveraging data and feedback to continuously improve programs.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices into training initiatives.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field (Masters preferred).
* 10+ years of experience in training, enablement, or L&D, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Proven experience managing global teams and large‑scale training programs.
* Strong understanding of sales processes and solutions/services offerings.
* Expertise in leveraging technology and AI for learning solutions.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
