REGIONAL HEAD OF SALES EMEA (M/F/D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Define and drive the regional strategic sales direction to achieve revenue and growth targets
2. Implement the regional sales strategy, tailoring initiatives to local market needs and dynamics
3. Provide actionable insights to the global sales team and market segments about regional trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
4. Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team and corresponding distributors to ensure performance and alignment with the global sales strategy
5. Leverage customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
6. Responsibility to achieve defined regional sales and margin targets
7. Ensure alignment with pricing governance and key account prioritization
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
8. Degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent qualification
9. Experience in a medium-sized company environment with international steering, combined with the ability to manage effectively in a global matrix organization
10. Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational execution
11. Extensive leadership experience in international sales, ideally in a regional or global role
12. Leadership skills with a focus on empowerment through effective communication tailored to people, situations, and desired outcomes
13. Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive environments
14. Solid experience in budget management, pricing governance, and key account prioritization
15. Business fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to act confidently across different hierarchy levels
16. Willingness to travel on business internationally
