Vice President Debt Capital Markets – Frankfurt Join to apply for the Vice President Debt Capital Markets – Frankfurt role at Berenberg For our Debt Capital Markets – Investment Banking Continental Europe division in Frankfurt we are looking to hire a: Vice President Debt Capital Markets – Frankfurt Berenberg is looking to hire a Vice President to join its Frankfurt-based capital markets team to originate and execute debt- and equity-linked capital market transactions. The role will offer the candidate the possibility to drive the success of the debt capital markets team in a senior position and to become a key pillar of Berenberg’s capital markets franchise. The successful candidate will lead the origination and execution efforts of all debt capital markets and equity-linked issuances. What will you do? Leading the DCM origination by identifying business opportunities independently and in cooperation with the coverage team Structuring and executing all DCM transactions Closely interacting with fixed income sales and bond investors to analyse market sentiment and investor feedback Supporting investment banking coverage team with fixed income analyses Leading the preparation of presentation materials, including pitch books and investor presentations for DCM transactions Acting as role model for and providing training and guidance to junior team members Who are we looking for?
