Job Overview
As a Senior Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines.
The role requires a high level of expertise in payroll management, including knowledge of local and international regulations, such as Luxembourg's social security and tax laws.
About the Role
* Manage the entire payroll process for a portfolio of clients
* Handle employee queries regarding payroll, providing timely and personalized support to clients
* Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations, including Luxembourg's social security and tax laws
* Stay updated on payroll legislation and company policies to maintain high-quality service
* 3-6 years of experience in a payroll role within a fiduciary, PFS, or Big Four in Luxembourg
* Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English are required
* Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish would be considered an asset
* A solid understanding of Luxembourg payroll laws, social security, and taxation is essential
