How you create impact Acting as an internal ship broker while working directly in the breakbulk/heavylift/bulk market for defined spot clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with ship owners, brokers, and operators. Driving new business opportunities and supporting expansion in strategic markets within the EUR region. Providing the best possible solutions, both technical and commercial, for spot inquiries, mid/long-term projects, and RFQ support. Cooperating closely with Transport Engineering and Tender Management to ensure integrated solutions. Negotiating contracts for part and full charter shipments worldwide. Reviewing booking notes and authorizing agreements while overseeing u201cRegional Charter Desku201d (RCD) functions for global offices. Managing contracts post-fixture and ensuring adherence to KN guidelines and processes. Vetting vendors and maintaining compliance with internal standards. What we would like you to bring Minimum of 5 yearsu2019 experience in the breakbulk/heavylift/bulk market. Established network and strong knowledge of the breakbulk/heavylift/bulk sector. Proven track record in vessel charter bookings, chartering, and/or operations. Experience attending loading and discharging operations worldwide. Familiarity with BIMCO contracts such as Conline, GenCon, Heavyliftvoy, Heavycon, Supplytime, etc. Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills and ability to work independently. Proficiency in English and willingness to travel for business.
