Shape the future and become a team member of Global PM Training, where you will have the possibility to deep dive into an exciting role within the whole value chain of wind park construction. Your stakeholders are thrilling disciplines such as logistics, balance of plant, (concrete) tower production and installation and commissioning of wind turbines.
YOUR TASKS:
1. You are responsible for consulting internal stakeholders and translating learning objectives into effective learning, engaging and high-quality learning items (digital learning, such as e-learning, gamification, etc.)
2. You work with subject matter experts to examine and specify customer requirements, considering important principles in the areas of didactics methodology.
3. You design learning supporting graphics/material/media (audio, 2D/3Dvideo, multimedia, simulations, infographics, etc.)
4. You are responsible for the entire creation process - from the kick-off to the conception to the finished learning content
5. You plan and track milestones and work packages independently and coordinate them with overall plans.
6. You coordinate the cooperation with internal departments and if necessary, the purchasing process with external vendors.
7. You check the effectiveness of the learning measures after a defined period, document experiences and communicate internally.
8. You ensure compliance with internal quality standards and didactic methods and develop them further
9. You are responsible for the constant further development of our learning formats and research the conversion of current trends, products and providers
10. You are a reference point for colleagues throughout the organisation, who consider developing own trainings, using e.g. AI-powered e-learning creation tools; you give guidance to ensure quality standards are being kept in all trainings within PM
YOUR PROFILE:
11. You preferably have a degree in the field of e-learning and media education/communication, graphical design, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience.
12. You have a proven work experience in instructional design, using authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline360, Rise, Easygenerator)
13. You have a proven work experience in digital design and graphic design Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
14. You preferably have first experience in video creation and editing, basic knowledge of animation.
15. You preferably have experience in learning management systems (such as SAP`s Success Factors Learning)
16. You are driven by creativity in designing professional learning products of tomorrow
17. You have a competence in intercultural communication, teamwork, and flexibility.
18. You are interested in wind turbine environment and have an affinity for technical topics as well as processes.
19. You communicate in English - verbally and in writing (German and Spanish are a plus)
