My client, a venture capital-backed leader in Order Management Systems (OMS) and supply chain solutions, is searching for a passionate Enterprise Account Executive to join their high-growth team. In this remote role, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our business across the DACH region, driving significant revenue growth and building lasting client partnerships.

Requirements
* Possess strong sales experience in enterprise software or a related field (OMS, SaaS, Supply Chain) with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
* have experience of selling into the retail, CPG, fashion or FMCG verticals or similar
* Thrive in a hunter mentality, proactively identifying and cultivating high-value leads.
* Have a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and possess excellent negotiation and closing skills.
* Are a master communicator, passionate about building strong relationships with clients and becoming trusted advisors.
* Enjoy the challenge of building something from the ground up and are excited about the fast-paced startup environment (remote work included!).
The role
* Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the broader Retail vertical.
* Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.
* Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations that resonate with senior decision-makers.
* Negotiating and closing deals with key clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
* Working collaboratively with internal teams (Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success) to ensure seamless client onboarding and success.
