Main Tasks
1. Lead and support optimization projects for raw materials and packaging materials together with suppliers and the global team
2. Organization and execution of supplier audits
3. Data collection, evaluation and trending of quality-relevant parameter for other departments
4. Preparation of complaints and quality reports in English and German
5. Support for out-of-specification (OOS) measures for raw materials and packaging materials, including the creation of necessary reports and documentation
6. Implementation, documentation, evaluation and tracking of measures from internal quality audits
7. Creation of deviations, OOS and process changes including evaluation of trends and initiation of improvement measures of raw materials and packaging your profile
Your Profile:
8. Successfully completed studies in natural sciences or engineering
9. Professional experience in quality management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or with GMP experience
10. Sound knowledge of MS Office and statistical methods, as well as knowledge of SAP are desirable
11. Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
12. Strong communication and teamwork skills
13. Very good assertiveness skills and ability to deal with conflict
