What You Can Expect:
- In this position, you will receive, review and process ad-hoc pricing requests from both the global network and own-controlled customers – including the clarification of customer requirements, if needed.
- In addition, you will work closely with local operations and sales to understand customer needs, apply pricing according to local price sensitivity, and support the execution of margin and pricing strategies.
- You will foster exchange with the Airfreight Pricing & Procurement Team (e.g., for shipment solutions over 1.5 tons) and the Gateway Team in Frankfurt to develop competitive and operationally feasible solutions.
- Furthermore, you will ensure thorough documentation of all quotations and provide insightful reporting to local P&L responsible parties, local sales, the airfreight product team, and the Gateway.
- Last but not least, you will be responsible for the follow-up on all provided spot quotations and related inquiries – ensuring feedback is received, success rates are monitored through standard reporting, and coordination with the Commercial Team is maintained. You will also follow customer-specific pricing instructions precisely.

- You have already gained previous experience in airfreight operations or sales, providing a solid foundation in industry processes and commercial dynamics.
- A self-reliant working style combined with the ability to perform well under pressure in time-sensitive environments is one of your key strengths.
