Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead global Talent Management programs that encompass leadership development, learning, succession planning, and performance management
* Serve as a trusted advisor to our Executive Committee and Global Leadership Team on all Talent-related matters
* Drive the design and execution of learning strategies using cutting-edge platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, and GoFluent
* Ensure strategic alignment of talent development initiatives with business objectives and growth aspirations
* Collaborate closely with global and local HR teams to foster a high-performance culture throughout the organization
As a seasoned HR leader with 10-15 years of relevant experience, you possess a unique blend of strategic acumen, interpersonal skills, and technical expertise. Your background in Talent or Leadership Development, combined with your ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes, makes you an invaluable asset to our team.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of designing and leading global Talent agendas at executive level, preferably in international matrix organizations (pharma or FMCG background is a plus)
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a significant advantage
