Requirements
* Solid experience with SAP ABAP development (OO ABAP, CDS, Fiori, or related areas).
* A solution-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for taking initiative.
* Strong communication and leadership potential — mentoring experience a plus.
* Fluent in German (C1 or higher).
* Willingness to work 3 days per week on-site in Dortmund or Berlin .
