Our client, a VC fund, is looking for a seasoned early-stage VC investor for Germany or Scandinavia.
(Partner profile with a clear path toward General Partner status)
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of relevant experience, including direct early-stage VC investing
* A clear investment track record, ideally within climate or industrial tech
* Strong technical understanding; an engineering background is a plus
* Experience leading deals and supporting founders post-investment
* Deep networks across the European VC, founder, and industrial ecosystems
* Clear analytical thinking, structured execution, and strong communication skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative team approach
Responsibilities:
* Lead or co-lead early-stage investments across European climate tech and industrial resilience sectors.
* Source, evaluate, and execute high-potential deals in areas such as clean energy, circular economy, and sustainable industry.
* Support portfolio companies post-investment on strategy, scaling, and follow-on fundraising.
* Conduct due diligence, market research, and financial analysis to guide investment decisions.
* Represent the fund at industry events and contribute to brand presence in the Nordics.
* Help shape internal processes, team thinking, and pipeline development.
