WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Posting of supplier invoices
* Processing of payments
* Posting of bank transactions
* Recording of petty cash transactions
* Reconciliation of supplier accounts
* Other general accounting and administrative office tasks
WAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN:
* Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
* Pflege und Abstimmung von Debitoren, Kreditoren und Sachkonten
* Buchung der Bank- und Kassenbelege
* Durchführung von Mahnwesen
* Allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS
* You have a certified business education and at least 1 years of experience in financial accounting
* You have an independent and responsible working method
* You have flexibility and ability to work in a team
* You are confident with the Microsoft Office products, experience with Bob50 is an advantage
* You are fluent in English and have a basic knowledge of German. Other languages are considered as a plus

* Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
* Sie arbeiten selbständig und eigenverantwortlich

* Sie haben einen sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Office, Erfahrung mit Bob50 ist von Vorteil
* Sie verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
