This role will work closely with stakeholders to develop and support organizational change, serving as an Agile Coach and advocate for agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
* Communicate effectively: Develop communication and stakeholder involvement strategies and monitor their implementation for clarity and engagement.
* Train and support: Design training plans, oversee training sessions, and establish networks to facilitate the change process.
* Evaluate employee readiness, assist project managers in integrating change management activities, and contribute to enhancing change management processes.
