Responsibilities
1. Full accountability for operational excellence in Frankfurt am Main
2. Lead and develop station management and coach the next generation of leaders
3. Ensure the highest standards in safety, quality, and efficiency
4. Full P&L responsibility: from budgeting to profitability
5. Build and maintain strategic relationships with airlines, airports, authorities, and internal stakeholders
6. Continuously optimize processes and drive KPI performance (productivity, OTP, customer satisfaction)
7. Drive business growth through customer retention and new opportunities
8. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational innovation
9. Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and senior leadership team in driving regional strategy
Your Profile
10. Extensive experience in senior operations roles, ideally in aviation or logistics
11. Proven track record in P&L responsibility and process optimization
12. Strong leadership skills: able to inspire teams and build trust at all levels
13. Skilled in working with unions and works councils
14. Solid financial acumen and results-driven mindset
15. Fluent in German and English
16. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
17. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
