Job Position Overview
An IT Business Analyst is required to gather and analyze user requirements, design application architecture, and develop solutions in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyze user requirements to find tailored solutions for their needs.
* Conduct workshops with key users, promote process and/or software improvement opportunities, and develop solutions in collaboration with project stakeholders.
* Design the functional architecture of applications, define test strategies, and support tests execution.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science (BAC + 3).
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the financial sector.
* Excellent written and spoken fluency in English and French. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is an asset.
* Strong analytical, testing methods, drafting, and communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and in teams, proactive, rigorous, and methodological approach.
