Mission:
1. Accountable for the creation of precise short-, mid-, and long‑term demand forecasts for key customers, working closely with both our China-based team and external customer stakeholders
2. Analyze market trends, historical data, and key business drivers to improve forecast accuracy.
3. Monitor forecast performance and identify root causes of deviations.
4. Ensuring consistency of forecast from period to period, tracking and explaining changes
5. Understand business and demand levers to manage ad-hoc requests and drive operational actions
6. Continuous improvement of existing GPS process & tools to bring them to next maturity level
7. Close relationship with Sales, Marketing, international Stakeholders and Finance and lively exchange within the supply chain cluster
About You
8. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Logistics.
9. Some practical experience in planning processes is desirable.
10. Basic knowledge of Excel; experience with SAP / IBP is a plus.
11. Analytical mindset with the ability to maintain attention to detail while keeping an eye on the big picture, and the confidence to challenge assumptions when needed
12. Good communication skills and the ability to easily connect with others.
13. Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
14. Fluency in English is required to ensure effective collaboration with international stakeholders
15. Eager to develop and implement statistical and machine learning forecasting methods to drive continuous improvement in forecasting performance

is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.
