Your Tasks:
* 2nd level support for technical inquiries regarding hardware and software
* Collaboration in the analysis and resolution of malfunctions as ticket support
* Assistance in the provision and administration of client systems and applications
* Support for M365, Windows, Citrix, and VDI systems in daily operations
* Collaboration in user and authorization management, including onboarding support
* Support in the management of specialist applications
* Assistance in the creation and maintenance of IT documentation and guidelines
* Assistance with repair and replacement processes as well as routine tasks in infrastructure maintenance
* Forwarding complex technical problems to third-level teams and providing customer service support for internal specialist departments
Your Profile:
* Currently studying computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
* Initial practical experience in IT support
* Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365, Citrix/ZENworks, or Nutanix VDI is desirable
* Interest in IT processes, monitoring, and troubleshooting
* Willingness to work on site in Cologne several days a week
* Fluent written and spoken German and English
