Minimum qualifications: Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms. 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture. 3 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management). Preferred qualifications: Experience in cryptography. Work closely with the BoringSSL TL, and other parts of Google, to meet user needs. Work very closely with partner teams that have a critical dependency on BoringSSL. Guide more junior members of the team to land features and perform maintenance. Grow experience in cryptography consultation and review, as you work with teams across Google on their cryptography library needs.
