 
        
        We are looking for you as a Senior Manager Strategy Aftermarket (f/m/d) for our location in Ratingen – become part of our team!
 
In this key role, you will work closely with our Head of Strategy Aftermarket to develop and implement all of Niterra's strategic plans and initiatives in the EMEA region to make our aftermarket business even more future-proof. You will work closely with senior management and global partners to drive transformation, new business models and strategic partnerships. As an internal consultant, you will play a central role in monitoring and adjusting our strategy. 
 
What to expect:
 
 * In this position, you will lead the annual strategy process for the EMEA aftermarket and ensure coordination with the AM management team and the Executive Board.
 * You will drive the development and implementation of new, forward-looking business models in EMEA, with a focus on transformation beyond the core business.
 * In addition, you will act as an internal strategy consultant for Aftermarket top management and provide expert strategic advice to the entire organisation.
 * You will manage critical strategic projects and initiatives, including strategic partnerships and M&A activities.
 * You will oversee the successful implementation of the entire EMEA Aftermarket strategy and represent the company to strategic industry partners and associations.
 
 
 
What you bring to the table:
 
 * You have successfully completed a degree in economics or engineering (focusing on strategy, sales, marketing or business development) and have at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in a strategy consultancy or a strategic corporate department.
 * Proven experience in managing complex projects and dealing with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
 * Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking to develop innovative solutions and present complex topics in an understandable way.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills (including perfect command of Excel & PowerPoint) and strong diplomatic skills.
 * Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 * English is essential and should be at least C1 level (spoken and written). German language skills are desirable.
