Market Expansion Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned professional to shape our M&A team and activities in Germany.
This key role will focus on identifying and initiating contact with potential M&A prospects across Finance, Healthcare, and Education in Germany, representing our company and gaining extensive knowledge of the local software market and entrepreneurial landscape.
* Develop and refine the M&A business development strategy for Germany, assessing critical markets and target profiles.
* Collaborate with international M&A and Business Development teams to share insights and best practices.
* Mentor and guide junior Business Development team members.
Your Profile:
* A proven track record in business development, M&A origination, strategic sales, or a similar role requiring proactive outreach and relationship building at an executive level.
* An established network within the software/tech industry is a significant advantage.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
* 4+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, research, or related commercial roles.
* Experience in software/IT or M&A/consulting is a plus.
* Fluent in German (native) and English (fluent), both written and spoken.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and standard office software.
