Vice President, Software Product – Perception & ADAS Systems
Location: Global (Europe preferred) | Hybrid | Executive Level
An industry leader in intelligent mobility is seeking a visionary VP of Software Product to drive the global commercialization of its SW as a Product lines. Operating within a high-growth, start-up-like division focused on advanced AI-driven automotive technology, with a unique crossover into immersive, gaming experiences. This role requires a rare blend of technical depth, entrepreneurial instinct, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead global software product strategy and go-to-market execution for SW product lines.
* Act as the commercial face of the software division.
* Drive business development, identify high-potential markets, and close strategic deals with global stakeholders.
* Own the P&L of software-as-a-product offerings and ensure scalability of recurring revenue models.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, AI, and systems engineering teams to align product vision with technological capabilities.
* Represent the software product in high-stakes discussions—translating complex AI/ML architectures and embedded systems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Requirements:
* Proven leadership in software product management, preferably in ADAS, robotics, or AI-driven systems.
* Demonstrated success in deal-making, commercial strategy, and scaling tech businesses or software startups.
* Deep technical fluency—able to engage in architectural discussions involving AI perception stacks, embedded software, and traditional coding languages (C++, Python, etc.).
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the gravitas to represent a global software portfolio internally and externally.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, builds from scratch.
* Strong understanding of the intersection between mobility tech, AI, and user experience—gaming/interactive tech background a plus.
