We are seeking a skilled
* Manage the processing of in-house payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Maintain up-to-date payroll records and employee data in SAP
* Review and reconcile payroll reports, identifying and correcting errors before final submission
* Handle employee deductions such as benefits, garnishments, parking, insurance, and retirement contributions
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and policies in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain regular contact with public administrations for compliance, audit reasons, and follow-up on employee-related files
* Support HR teams and provide guidance on payroll-related matters
* Assist with internal/external audits, compliance checks, and year-end reporting
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security regulations, and company policies
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on compensation, benefits, and reporting
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and recommend system enhancements
* Maintain knowledge of payroll legislation and best practices
Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
* 5+ years of payroll experience in a fiduciary or large organization; previous experience in multinational payroll is a plus
* Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, social security, labor laws, and tax compliance
* Proficiency with payroll systems (ideally SAP or similar) and MS Office, especially Excel (advanced)
* Business fluency in English and French. Any other EU language is an asset
