Trusted by over 27,000 customers, their modular solution integrates with platforms like Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and eBay. Now, they’re doubling down on growth across DACH and hiring a performance marketing specialist to lead the charge.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and optimise paid media campaigns across Google (and later Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Implement tracking infrastructure (GTM, UTMs) and ensure attribution is spot-on
* Test, learn, and scale what works – A/B, bid strategies, creative, funnel flow
* Build custom audiences and retargeting flows to drive lead conversion
* Collaborate with sales, CRM and analytics teams to feed insights into the funnel
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years of experience in paid media execution, with deep knowledge of Google Ads
* Technical expertise in campaign setup, analytics, and attribution (GTM, CRM integration)
* Native or fluent German, strong English, and an instinct for messaging that converts
* Strong ownership mentality – you thrive in autonomous roles
* Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS or eCommerce across the DACH region
