EMEA Channel Leader – Electronics Market (m/f/x)
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As EMEA Channel Sales Leader for 3M’s Electronics Business, you will be responsible for supporting the development of customer relationships and market understanding with some of Europe’s leading Electronics distributors.
Here, you will make an impact by:
1. Leading the EMEA Channel Sales function for 3M’s Electronics Business
2. Identification of new business opportunities for 3M technologies across EMEA within the Electronics Market
3. Direct responsibility for Key Accounts in Northern Europe
4. Achieve sales goals through effective coaching and managing of direct reports, providing them with the tools necessary to improve required skills and competencies
5. Develop and execute plan to drive innovative new products into Electronics Channels
6. Strong Key Account management and relationship development within existing account base in order to maximize future growth potential
7. Strategic alignment and tactical coordination across the 3M organisation with Global Business Platform leaders and Marketing teams
8. Identification and monitoring of market trends, opportunities and risks within the target market sectors
9. Maintaining highest level of business compliance and quality standards
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
10. Experience of successfully leading a multi-national sales team in similar sector
11. Deep knowledge and understanding of Electronics market and value chain
12. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with internal and external customers/stakeholders
13. Good knowledge of CRM systems. Salesforce.com desirable
14. Business or Marketing qualification
Job Specifics
15. Location: EMEA wide role with candidate required to be located in either the UK, Germany or France
16. Travel: May include up to 20% domestic and international travel
17. Working pattern: full-time
