Your areas of responsibilities:
* Manage the procurement process for indirect categories
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance
* Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and provide procurement support and guidance
* Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
* Drive continuous improvement and stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in procurement
* Mentor and coach junior members of the procurement team, sharing expertise and knowledge
Your profile of qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
* Experience in indirect procurement, managing procurement projects and achieving cost savings targets
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, Hands-on mentality, with a focus on delivering practical solutions
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
* Proficiency in procurement tools and software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office suite
* Fluent in English, good command of German language, minimum B2 level
