* We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and support KPI systems for personnel, costs, production, and missing parts.
* This role will involve creating performance structures within the team and at the Donauwörth site.
* The ideal candidate will have management experience in performance projects, including production, purchasing, and resource planning.
* Key responsibilities include designing (real-time) dashboards and reports for senior management and conducting regular performance reviews with analysis and derivation of measures.
* The successful candidate will also be responsible for digitizing and automating existing KPI processes and organizing workshops, reviews, and Kaizen events.
* Collaboration is key in this role, as the individual will work closely with the implementation team on the Airbus Operating System (AOS).
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain KPI systems for tracking personnel, costs, production, and missing parts.
* Establish and manage performance structures within the team and at the Donauwörth site.
* Lead performance projects in production, purchasing, and resource planning.
* Design and create (real-time) dashboards and reports for senior management.
* Conduct regular performance reviews with analysis and derivation of measures.
* Digitize and automate existing KPI processes.
* Organize and moderate workshops, reviews, and Kaizen events.
