As a regional Sales Manager, you are the interface between our customers and the company.
Your contacts include managers, technical experts and users in laboratories, hospitals/university clinics, as well as private practices and medical care centers (MVZ).
With your confident engaging manner you represent our company. As a passionate salesperson, you understand how to respond to our customers' needs and inspire them with optimal solutions and top-tier service. With your instinct for identifying potential improvements, you stay close to market developments and customer needs, actively contributing to growing our business.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Actively and independently acquiring new customers
2. Proactively advising and supporting existing customers
3. Building and expanding customer relationships
4. Independently developing and implementing sales and market strategies
5. Conducting benchmarking and identifying new market potentials
6. Managing projects
7. Attending trade fairs and congresses to establish new contacts
8. Supporting the organization and execution of training events
9. Developing continuous reporting and documenting your progress
Your Profile:
10. A completed degree in a scientific field or extensive professional experience in sales within laboratory diagnostics/genetics
11. Minimum 5 years sales experience with a proven track record of significant sales growth
12. A valid Class B driver’s license
13. Your strengths include: perseverance, negotiation skills, diplomacy, strategic thinking, closing ability, and strong communication skills in both German and English
14. You work in a structured, goal-oriented, and self-motivated manner
15. Willingness to travel actively, primarily within your region; broad interest in various medical fields; and a hands-on mentality
