A leading business law firm in Luxembourg is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored for the web:
1. Analyse and report on web and social media performance metrics;
2. Collaborate with internal teams to maximise website traffic and user engagement;
3. Ensure all digital content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and core values;
4. Support the rollout of new digital tools and innovations;
5. Deliver training—both in group sessions and one-on-one—to help stakeholders effectively use social media and the website.
Websites Management & Optimisation
* Update & Manage the website back office: content updates, page creation, and coordination with technical providers;
* Support ongoing SEO efforts: structure, metadata, keywords, content;
* Suggest and implement improvements to UX/UI;
* Monitor website performance via analytics tools;
* Create and manage Google Ads campaigns.
Social Media Initiatives
* Act as the main contact for LinkedIn: content planning, writing, and publishing posts;
* Manage LinkedIn Ads and sponsored content;
* Monitor and report on KPIs and performance;
* Liaise with internal teams to coordinate messaging and visibility;
* Upload and manage content on our video platforms;
* Optimise metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists).
Newsletters
* Create, format, and send newsletters using internal platforms;
* Continuously improve performance (open rates, click-throughs, engagement);
* Act as the main point of contact for our email marketing provider;
* Manage the evolution of templates and visual design, ensuring alignment with brand identity and communication objectives.
With at least 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment, you should be proficient with digital tools, passionate about social media, and committed to emerging trends and platform updates. A strong understanding of social media marketing principles, including strategy development, content creation, and campaign execution is required. Additionally, experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads will be an asset. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results will also be highly valued.
